Problems viewing flash contents

Hello guys,

I've been facing this problem for 2 weeks and still can't find a solution!

I have Windows 7 64 bit, and I have 2 accounts. One account plays flash contents on every site without any problems, but the other plays some flash contents on certain sites, and some doesn't show!!!

The thing is, if I uninstall flash player and then install it again under the account that has the problem, everything works fine on this account, but the other account which was fine turns back again and does not open some flash contents.

The version of the flash player I'm using is the latest (10.1.82.76) and I use Internet Explorer 8 32 -it edition. And the accounts are both administrators.

Here's a pic describing the issue:

This shot is from the account that has the problem. Youtube and some other sites works fine, but lots of other sites doesn't show flash at all, but still showing under the other account.

I've searched the forum and Google hunders of times and tried everything! Nothing works...
Please anyone can help me with this issue?

    1) Enabled Built-in Administrator account in Windows 7.

    2) Logged in to Administrator.

    3) Uninstalled flash player.

    4) Deleted the folder 'Macromed' from C:\Windows\SysWOW64. (For 32-bit the folder is located in C:\Windows\System32).

    5) Restarted the PC.

    6) Logged in to Administrator account again and installed flash player manually.

    7) Restarted the PC again, and voila! Everything works fine now!

Hi, well the problem is we seem to always have many more threads than helpers:-) If I had time, I'd find the ratio.

Can you see the animation at this site? And the version number of Flash Player? Test using both accounts and all browsers.

Yes I can, on both accounts.

As I've said before, the problem are with some sites, but not all of them!

The version is the latest: 10.1.82.76
