Problems with Adobe Flash Player

Question

Hi, I need to open an Oracle Support site (Metalink) which requires Adobe Flash Player 9 or above. I have installed and uninstalled many times the 10.0.45.2 version but with no success, the Metalink site is still not working with flash which provides less functionality.

I will appreciate if somebody could help me.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ - can you see the Flash animation and version information underneath it? If so, Flash Player is correctly installed and working.
