Problems with downloading flash player

Cannot install Adobe Flash Player in my computer

    Am I the only person who has installed Adobe Flash Player, I says in my control panel already Installed but it still does not work. Need Help

    What OS and browser are you using?

    Please provide detailed description of the issue you are seeing.
