Problems with errant video pop-ups after up dating to Flash player20_ga

I had been running Chrome and tried to pull up a page and it asked me to upgrade my flashplayer so I di. No I get small video windows popping up with full volume. And they're so short I can't adjust the "allow" or "Disable" buttons. And when I've done everything I know it still happens. I've even tried using firefox and IE...same thing happens constantly.

I use my computer for my TV content so this is really making me crzy. Please help me... I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenpvo  quad processor with 5 terragytes of storage... I also have a dual boot system until this is sorted out it allows you to Boot to Vista or to Boot to Windows 10... What I feel like doing is erasing every copy of every web browser and flashplayer on both the Vista and Win 10 drives and then reinstall just one per drive...Chrome and flashplayer on chrome. PLEASE HELP
