Problems with Flash Player

About 2 weeks ago I started to have problems with CBBC iplayer (for my daughter not me honest)

It kept telling me to download Flash player. I have followed this link, downloaded and all appears OK. However I still get the same message.

I have tried the different download options, Save, Run , Save as, Run and Save and I seem to have the same problem.

As advised by a webpage I have gone to Settings > Manage Add-ons > Toolbars and extensions > Shockwave is showing as installed and Enabled

I have tried the following website and I am told that it is not installed.
