Problems with Flash Player on Windows 10 and IE - "please wait loading" but never loads

I have windows 10 and internet explorer I have been playing solitaire  Atlantic f0r years now when I click on it says please wait loading but never loads then an other game comes up click on it and it says enable  adobe flash player   adobe says every thing is ok but its not please see if you can find out what is going on ,Thank you
