Prompt about uninstalling integrated Flash Player on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

On the follwing Flash Player EOL page: https://www.adobe.com/fi/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html
The following is mentioned: "Users will be prompted by Adobe to uninstall Flash Player on their machines later this year and Flash-based content will be blocked from running in Adobe Flash Player after the EOL Date."

As Windows 8.1 and 10 comes with Flash integrated in them, does this mean that all Windows 10 users will get prompted about uninstalling Flash? Or does the prompt only appear to users who have installed Flash Player NPAPI or PPAPI for example?

Additionally does the uninstall tool also uninstall the integrated version of the Flash Player in Windows 10 and does it get installed back with Windows updates?

This is a Windows component and cannot be removed by anyone's uninstaller. We don't know what Microsoft will do, but many people suppose that after EOL that the Flash module will be removed by a compulsory Windows update. Unlikely to be a prompt, or to be optional.
