prompted for password, won't accept password

Yes I'm on a Mac Air I can down load the first part then it ask for a password for the helper to down load the next bit and it won't except the password, I had the same problem with Norton and they fixed it for me.

The password prompt is a system prompt, not Flash Player, thus the password to use is your computer's admin password (the password you use to log into your computer).
