So my Prof in my college told me that there is only 2 tools difference between ( Adobe photo shop - and - Adobe Flash ) so could anyone help me with that ? and tell me what are they ?

I think your professor needs to go back to school
Photoshop is what you use to edit pictures (from your camera, among other sources)
Flash (now Animate) is to play video on a web site
Go to what is in the entire Cloud http://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/catalog/desktop.html and click each program to read
