When I am about to view a video a dialog box appears and request permission to store information on my computer of up to 10kb. when I click on accept nothing happens and the box never leaves and blocks the video. If I click decline again nothing happens and the box remains. What do I do???Help......Fast Bill

    What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

    What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)

    Thanks for your contact: I have windows XP. When I click on the dialog

    box it says browser is Google chrome and I have flash player 11.9.900.117

    You can set storage in your control panel:

    Switch to Classic View

    Click Local Storage Settings by site.

    Click Add...

    Type the address that you're seeing the storage request from (youtube.com for example)

    Choose "Allow" from the drop down, and click "Add".

    Close the storage settings.

    Check to see that "Allow sites to save information on this computer" is checked, and close the Settings Manager.
