question on flash player which will terminate on 31.Dec.2020

Hi, I have a question on flash player which will terminate on 31.Dec.2020.

As I know that it`s only for web version limited.

But I found on ZDnet article that it affect to install version of flash player. (https://www.zdnet.com/article/adobe-wants-users-to-uninstall-flash-player-by-the-end-of-the-year/)

Is it really affect to flash player install version and also affect to Flash AIR and swf version as well?

Restricted to web browsers only.
