Quickest connection to stream - configuration of Flash Player

Hello,

I'm using sport video streams powered by Flash Player on the internet. I have question about configuration of your program wich will be suitable for me

I don't care so much about quality of sound/video, blurry video or leaping frames, my main goal is to see stream, which is broadcasted as fast as it is possible, no matter what. In config settings i saw such things like- 'hardware acceleration', 'local storage', 'global storage' all of them can probably make an effecton connection speed, maybe there are some other advanced ones that i can change too. Can you explain me what options should i use to configure Flash Player to my needs?
