Having trouble with adobe flash player, I have now uninstalled it so need to re install

Hello there, I am so sorry I am an oap and not very clever with these apps. I have a laptop which had flash player but on one site I use it keeps telling me to update or install it?

I have since gone into my account and uninstalled Adobe so now want to reinstall for Windows 10. Can you please help me?
