Real Player is not displaying videos properly after upgrading to Windows 10

Windows 10 has flash player integrated, so it will be the latest version.

However, Real Player does not play videos (flash videos) in the library properly on upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.

Flash player is enabled but the playback is all broken.

The audio is OK.

Is this a compatibility issue?

The videos in question were all downloaded in earlier versions of flash and Real Players,
