Really frustrated. Nothing works!

I still cannot download (windows xp home) after trying many suggestions from this forum. I emailed customer service a few days ago and have not gotten any response. So now what? How long do they usually take to respond? When I call their customer service number, it says there is no telephone support available. I am so irritated with this company that, apparently, every internet user has no choice but to deal with. How can I get any help????? My kids are driving me crazy since they can't play any of their favorite computer games anymore and are tired of hearing, "Mommy's trying to fix it!"

    Same here, my Flash Player stopped working 2 days ago and I have tried everything but nothing works. I can see player is installed but it doesn't play anything.

    Frustrating
