receiving RSL 2 of 8 Error # 2032

I receive an RSL 2 of 8  - error #2032 - when trying to open Workday Business Solutions program on my imac - processor 3.2 GHz Intel Core i3 - OS X 10.8.4... Flash Player is current and up to date - 11.9.900.117. Have tried all suggestions from multiple help sites and forums - nothing is helping.
