Recent update is preventing playback of Flash Presentations from CD or local files

Hello Everybody,

We recently encountered an issue a few days ago where presentations on disc do not load correctly since the update. I have tried uninstalling,re-installing, the problem still occurred. I have tried the same process using IE 11.589.10586.0, Firefox 48.0.2 and Edge 25.10586.0.0.

The problem we are experiencing is that we can no longer play Flash presentations locally and that this is a problem for our customers who are trying to play Flash presentations from a CD, or files on their hard drive.

We have been testing some things on our side, but have been unsuccessful in finding the root cause of the playback problem. We did get to test on a machine that still had Flash 22, the items played correctly across all browsers. 

Is there anything that you can suggest that we can look into because as of right now we are stumped.  Thank you in advance.
