Red Line In the middle of videos/GIFs?

On most GIF and video files I open with Flash Player there is a red line going vertically down the center (as pictured below). On one side there seems to be less saturation, also it's really annoying to look at. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration, and reinstalling Flash Player to no avail. If anyone has a prospective solution I would be very grateful to hear them. Thank you
