Regular BSoD since Flash update

Question

Hi, ever since an automated Win10 update on Sept 4th I get regular OS crashes and restarts. Using Edge. Always seems to be video related activity when I get a Win10 stop code and BSoD.

Using x64 Windows 10 Version 1607.

Is this a known issue?

Is there a fix please?

If not how can I roll back the update please?

I'm not at all familiar with Flash Player updates causing BSoD. Was KB 3189031 the only update installed on that date? Were other updates installed?

If you disable hardware acceleration does it solve the issue? See How do I disable or enable hardware acceleration? to disable/enable hardware acceleration
