Reinstall adobe

Hi, I tried to upgrade my Mac OS X 10.5.8 (intel). It told me to uninstall current version. I did this and now I can't reinstall as per adobe help. I found the archived version (10.3.183.190) but they are not working. I need help??

The install of adobe 10.3.183.190 at 46%. The flash player 13 doesn't load at all. I have no flah player at the moment.

No error messages?  Try this installer: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_player_13_osx.dmg
