Remove the message that says Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation.

I have a flash that I will be sending to different clients on a usb stick. When I run it, it comes up with the following message:

I know I can goto flash player settings> Advanced and add the file in to remove the message but i dont want to have to explain this to the 200+ people. Is there a reg file or anything I can have them run before starting it that will either:

A) remove the pop up all together

or

B) Automatically add the location to there flash player settings.

This can be done using the mms.cfg file and distributing that to your users.  Take a look at the "The Global FlashPlayerTrust directory" section in our Flash Player 11.9 Admin guide.
