repeated Flash Player Initialisation error on El Capitan!!!!

Have tried to update my flash player as cannot play games etc on my mac

after repeated attempts uninstalled flash player as advised on a forum

Still no joy.......

Is there anyone out there that can help as i have been on this for 5 days now!

Download the install file,

double click the installer

Says initialisation will start shortly

after about 5 mins it says error!

Have screen shots of before and after but don't know how to get them on here!

So first could not UPDATE

Now cannot download as i removed it!
