Request for Approval

Question

Downloading the .pkg installer for Flash now requires approval. I have submitted the request, but have not yet received the email. How long does this normally take? I've submitted the form a few times over the past few weeks.

Hi jonathan.carr

Flash Player distribution has always required a distribution license. The process has changed to verify a customer has a valid license before accessing the files.

Please private message me the name and email address used to request the license. Note that public email addresses (e.g. hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc) are not allowed. If you used one of these you'll need to request the distribution license again using a company/organization/non-public email address.
