right click settings help

I take classes online. When taking tests, at times, I have to right click. Every time I do, a flash player window pops up next to the cursor. It's irritating because I have to click through it, and the window it brings up,  to get back to what I was working on. The pop up window lists, "settings," "global settings", and "About adobe flash 190...".  How do I disable it?
