"Run this plugin" not working

Question

I am a Google Chrome user. I have an issue with Adobe Flash Player.

Whenever I try to play an Adobe Flash game, it displays the message "Right-click to run Adobe Flash Player" after I allow Adobe Flash Player on the website and reload the page. I, then, right-click and the drop-down menu appears. I click the "Run this plugin" option and wait. Nothing happens. I, puzzled, reload the page and repeat the process. Nothing happens. I try looking this up on Google, but I, unfortunately, find nothing of help. I, then, contact a specialist but he says that particular application is no longer supported with them. I have now come here to get a solution to the issue.

(NOTE: Please don't tell me to switch browsers. I don't want to have the trouble of getting used to the new thing.)

The "Right-click to run Adobe Flash Player" and "Run this plugin" features are browser features, not Flash Player features.

I, then, contact a specialist but he says that particular application is no longer supported with them.

What particluare application are you referring to?

Please provide the following information:

Operating System, including version
Chrome version
Direct link to content that isn't working.
