Rundll32 flashw10.ocx APPCRASH when i close ie8

Hi everybody,

After i upgrade flash player on Terminal server (WIN2008 R2 64b), i have an error when users close IE8. Try to reinstall the program but it doesn't resolve my problem. I note that if i run IE 8 with an admin account i don't have any problem. Just with terminal server users group. I modify the security on flash10w.ocx but doesn't Work.
