Running ManyCam creates lag. Is this a Flash Player Issue.

I'm using a paid version of ManyCam and often use it for my camera in accessing chat rooms on the. If I only use my webcam and mic, there isn't any lag. But with, the entire computer freezes. I was fine before the latest update.

I was merely giving a link to the site I used adobe flash on, not an advertisement... I can remove the mention of the site, though I know some sites use quicktime and some use adobe flash. On that note, I wasn't sure whether to leave a link for it or not.

I did run a detailed defrag and since then, there isn't nearly as much lag, but there is still some. If I don't run manycam at all, there is still lag, so I know it isn't just a manycam issue. However, even manycam runs on flash, so I was wondering whether there was a bug within the latest upgrade of adobe flash player.
