Samsung TV has issues updating flash

I should have flash on my TV web browser already because it says to "upgrade" it on a broadcasting website. It's an 8 series TV eith Tizen OS. When I attempt to install update from adobe website my TV says "This function is not available". I'm not sure if it's a TV or Adobe issue. Can someone help?

    Flash Player is only supported on desktop platforms (https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html).  There is no installer for TV platforms.

     

    If you search the internet, there will be sites claiming to have Flash Player updates for TV platforms.  Some will require users to provide personal information before being able to download a file.  These are all fake.  Do not provide information, or download any of these files.
