SCCM 2012 use a custom script to detect the presence of this deployment type ( Flash)

Since last Flash 18 version, it has auto update function, now I go on deploy it, massive users has constant error at client side's bottom, which is very ....... I notice there is a function in SCCM 2012, but I don't know how to write script, and for some reasons, we cannot use Powershell, and no rerequisite to run invoke and remote function in both server and client.

Can you give us a solid example on detect of the package deployment, once detect, stop the deployment and if there is no same package application, keep on going for the package installation. Many thanks.
