Selecting playback device for Flash Player

I want to be able to select a playback devive for Flash Player under Win 10. I do not want to rely on the default device defined under OS for Win 10

I note this has been raised before on this forum, but there seems to be no postings since 2013

Is there any progress here? Is this feature available now, or are there plans to incorporate this in a future rrelease?
