setting up Adobe Flash Player on a computer with Windows 10

Hi everyone:I've got a problem with the Adobe Flash Player. My computer has just installed Windows 10 and can't watch movies on the website. It said that I need to install Adobe Flash Player, but I have already installed it when my computer was Windows 8! I clicked the link and it turned into a website telling me how to set up Flash Player on computers with Windows 10. I followed what it asked me to do and nothing has changed with the movie nor has the checking up result provided by your website! Can anyone tell me what I should do? Thanks very much!

Hi,Please provide the following information:Is this happening on a standard user account or administrator user account?Is this on IE or Edge browser?Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the Check Now button. Post a screenshot of the resulting system information (see https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot)) If the version number displays 3 tuples, e.g. 21.0.0 wait a few moments for the actual version number to display. If the full version number does not display go to https://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about and obtain the entire version number.Thank you.--Maria
