Settings pop-up will not close

I am using windows 8.1 (64 bit), firefox newest version. my adobe version is 14.0.0.145.  When I get the settings pop up asking for my storage space, if I select allow or deny the pop up will not close and I can not access the game screen or veiw the video I am trying to use.  What would cause this and how can I correct the problem.
