We've been successfully downloading the adobe 11 all weekend, as the adobe 9 quit working. We have yet to be able to use it. It keeps saying "need adobe flashplayer" We've looked on the computer, and it is installed, it just isn't working!!

32 bit on both. Its a windows vista. Continues to say downloaded successfully, and I can read video emails, but no utube, and no facebook games (fv etc). Flash player version WAS adobe 9, which quit working, and said we had to upgrade to adobe 11, which is what we've installd

Does this page show your Flash Player version right? http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507.html

If it doesn, please try uninstall, restart OS, and install Flash Player again.
