Sherwin Williams paint visualizer flash performance is horrible

I'm checking few different colors in Sherwin Williams paint visualizer that uses flashplayerplugin_11_9_800_94.exe*32.

The picture I uploaded is only 600kb but the plugin increase beyond 3GB RAM just after few minutes of changing colors.

I tried both Firefox and IE and  performance is horrible.

Browser does not respond when saving a color scene for more than 10 minutes and comes back finally.

No other tabs are browsable when this is going on.

Also, it takes so long to come back that it displays an error that the changes could not be saved and to try again later.

Then, moving mouse on the app is not smooth, it stutters, moves, disappears etc...

It's a core i7 desktop with 12GB RAM.

I let it sit there without touching it for 15 minutes and the memory stayed around 3GB with going up to 3.3GB at times without my interaction.

What the hell is taking that much resource?

Does this occur with earlier versions of the Player (11.7?)

Thanks,

Not sure as I just started looking for paint colors so didn't run that app before.

I also tried it from my laptop whichi is kinda old, dual core with 4GB RAM and it behaved the same.

The laptop also has the latest flash plugin.

Thanks

Its very possible (and probable) that this is just how this Web site was coded.  If you feel like this is a bug with Flash Player, I would recommend creating a report at bugbase.adobe.com with details on how we can reproduce this internally.
