Shockwave Flash crashed in Google Chrome

The Shockwave Flash randomly crash when I browsing this page with Google Chrome, but it seems no problem in other browser, please take a look in the following link: (You might need to refresh a few times to trigger the crash)

The problem occurred when passing parameter via URL to the flash player, is it a bug between Google Chrome and Adobe Flash Player?
