Dear Folks,

on some webpages, the download freezes and i get the following message in a pop up box: "Shockwave flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. you can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will continue."

there are two buttons, continue and stop plugin.

i tried uninstalling both shockwave and flash, upgraded my firefox browser to the latest version, and reinstalled both flash and shockwave, and i still have the same problem.

any help will be greatly appreciated.
