Shockwave flash plug in is not responding

Question

I have the same issue, and no matter what settings i do, i always get Shockwave flash plug in is not responding. And i get this, and do not know how to fix it.

It says it is pre installed but not enabled.

Can anyone help me please, i have this issue on Facebook when i play farmville, I keep on getting flash player is blocked.

I branched your post to a new discussion topic because you're reporting 'Shockwave flash plugin is not responding' and this was not the issue on the discussion topic you posted to.

Please provide the following:

operating system, including version
Go to chrome://flash and copy paste the information for the following 3 fields: Google Chrome, OS, Flash plugin
- For example:
- Google Chrome 64.0.3282.167 ()
  OS Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit
  Flash plugin 28.0.0.161 C:\Users\mvargas\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\28.0.0.161\pepflashplayer.dll

Google Chrome	64.0.3282.167 ()
OS	Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit
Flash plugin	28.0.0.161 C:\Users\mvargas\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\28.0.0.161\pepflashplayer.dll
