shockwave flash plugin(20.0.0.267) keeps crashing for all browsers

shockwave flash plugin(20.0.0.267) keeps crashing. unable to open most websites and also tried different browsers but the same issue persists. tried all basic troubleshooting. using windows 10 (64-bit os). kindly help.
