MacBook Pro, Yosemite, Use Chrome as my default browser but sometimes use Safari. Only crashes in Chrome. Happens maybe 2 or 3 times a week.

If it's an intermittent crash and you have crash reporting enabled in Chrome, the crashes will get reported to Google and will get aggregated and triaged appropriately.  If the crash is on our side, Google will surface it to us.

If you have a set of steps that will consistently cause Flash to crash in Chrome, I'd be more than happy to investigate.

Well, Flash Player is a built-in component of Chrome.  There's not a separate thing to install/uninstall.

If you downloaded and ran our uninstaller, you uninstalled it for Firefox and Safari.

To give you any useful advice, I'm going to need to know more about your computer and browser, and if it's crashing consistently somewhere, a link:

Bingo. You're talking about Flash and not Shockwave (yes, I agree it's confusing). Pat will move this thread, or link it, to the Flash Player forum where you'll find someone who can help

What does "crash" mean? Can you provide a screen shot?

The page stalls and a yellow bar comes up at the top o the page saying the Shockwave Plugin has crashed. It gives me the option to stop plugin then says reload. I'll send a screenshot next time it comes up.

    What version of Shockwave Player?

What version of Chrome?  The latest Chrome versions do no longer support NPAPI plugins such as Shockwave Player.
