Shockwave player keeps crashing on my entire PC. Re-installing wont help.

For a few weeks back I've had trouble with shockwave player. Meaning that when I start my computer and randomly through out the day it stops working. I cant use spotify, play games, view videos and my browser keeps telling me that a plug-in (Adobe shockwave flash player) has stopped working.

Sometimes when I reinstall it it works. But not always. This problem is draining all my energy since I cant use my PC at all.

Browsing the internet for a solution only gives me help about chrome. But that's not the case here, it affects my entire computer. Please help. I've done all I can with no results. Soon I'll switch to my typewriter.

It's almost certainly video card drivers.

Please work through the video troubleshooting guide.

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.
