Hi,

I am having issues downloading adobe, it does not accept my username and password, I have just changed my password to ensure it is correct and I am using the email address I signed up with.

This is the OS prompting for the password, not Flash Player.  The userID/password to use is the one you use to log into your computer, assuming it has administrator permissions.  If not, then you'll need to provide information for an account that has administrator permissions.
