Silence is driving me crazy!

Lovely people of this forum, please help.
MY computer has decided to rebel.
Agout 2 months ago, everything flash related went silent, for no apparent reason. I never changed any settings (
that I'm aware of) yet now, I can't hear streamed video, I can't hear flash based websites and I can't listen to music on myspace
I have NO idea what happened!
MY pc runs windows vista by the way, if that's any help.

Please come to my aid.... SOmeone...
I feel stranded, as if on a desert island, just without the nice weather and coconuts

    Sorry, I won’t be able to help you with the weather or provide coconuts, but I’ll try to help you with the audio issue you’re encountering.

    Adobe support has a technote that covers three of the identified culprits that will cause a Flash Player audio failure. Please go through the troubleshooting steps from this technote. If you require further support from Adobe, please open a case from here:
