How do I get pc base flash player on my phone for my Sirius to work?

    If it's Android, you don't.

    See:"Why can't I install Flash Player on my Tablet?" (Kindle or Samsung Galaxy)

    That applies to Androind phones as well.

    If it's an iPhone, Flash has NEVER worked with iOS (per Apple design) and it never will.
