So what am I supposed to do with flash programs I like to play offline?

I have a few flash programs I've been playing for years offline. Why on earth would you completely disable Flash so I can no longer play them? Stopping support, I "get". That's fine. So I don't get support for the games I like to play - they won't be changing anyway, there will be no further updates to them. So I won't need support. I'd still like to play the games I've saved for offline play. What sadistic duck decided to completely disable Flash for those of us who would still like to use it even without support?

There are a few efforts around making old Flash games available offline.  You can google around for those.
