This get's really confusing because I cannot see this one site on any of my computers (3) but I sent the link to my mother and she can see and hear it.  First off, here is the site...(actually there's two) http://niagarafallslive.com/Niagara_Falls_Webcam.htm   and http://niagarafallslive.com/niagara_falls_hilton_fallsview_6361_fallsview_boulevard_niagara_falls_canada.htm   I cannot see either one of these on two laptops at my house, and the desktop.  Also, if I go into facebook and try to play "puzzlespot" I cannot see that on my computer but I can see it on the other two computers.  Other sites work just fine and I have tried all these steps on all the computers with IE 8 (which I'm sorry I updated to now) and google chrome.

I searched my issue which brought me to this http://forums.adobe.com/message/2772022 if you scroll down to "eidnolb's" answer, I checked those add-ons and shockwave flash object and active x control are enable however, Flash10e.ocx is not even listed.  Which brought me to http://forums.adobe.com/thread/580368 and I do not see anything there that can help me.  (I actually have a few Adobe paid programs that include Adobe Flash so I am thinking I should not even have this problem.  I apologize for all the links I just want to show where I've been and what is going on by providing the links

I am not sure what system information you need but I have IE8, and I'm not sure if google chrome has a version.  Recently I updated flash player and IE - anyway, if you need more information please ask.  I'm so frustrated and so confused.  I am not a computer whiz but I usually can figure out the minor issues on my own by searching similar situations...not this time.

Thanks,

Kerri

Hi, well you've been searching, so let's sort of start with some basic info. I would like to work on one computer at a time, otherwise we will all be confused. You pick the one, it doesn't matter to me. What I need for #1 is what operating system it is, with a Service Pack # if it is not Win7. Then what browser(s) and version numbers. Also is it a 64bit or not. Then go here and test:  http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

Are you the Administrator on #1?

    Thanks,
