Some idiot/s @ Adobe should be fired! Next to impossible to install the Flash update! I've been trying for a month. And it's very difficult to get any 'live' help on this stupid website! Worthless!!!

You've told us nothing so far...

  • Which operating system?
  • Which browser?
  • What if any error messages or codes are you receiving?

Have you checked if Flash Player is enabled in your browser?
