Some idiot/s @ Adobe should be fired! Next to impossible to install the Flash update! I've been trying for a month. And it's very difficult to get any 'live' help on this stupid website! Worthless!!!

This is a user-to-user forum, so you're not talking to Adobe here for the most part. (Some staff members will occasionally pop in, but if you want to officially contact Adobe support, you need to go to Adobe.com/support.)

I will move this message out of the non-support Lounge area and into a Flash player forum where you can hopefully get some help.
