Some time flash player crashed

i saw some in website flash videos are not play .They suggest to install but i have already installed. What is this problem.Plz suggest

First check on the testpage of Adobehttps://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html if Flash Player works and what version you have installed. And please add what browser and version you are using (e.g. Firefox 41.0.2) and what operating system (e.g. Windows7).
