Sound is not fully working

The video is fine (if a bit low quality, but I believe that is the uploaders' fault) and I can hear everything, but it sounds muffled and is quiet. And its only videos that use flash so it is not how my laptop is positioned or my speakers.  I have windows 7, 32-bit with Chrome. I am using flash version 11.7.700.225, which is the correct version.
