Standalone cache

Hello everyone out there!

Im playing game called TankiOnline using standalone flash player. This game downloads cache files to my computer and is there a way to get them? TankiOnline (TO) has official game client which downloads content in %Appdata%/TankiOnline//Local Store/Cache and i can convert them to .png files and edit them hovever i can but game downloads files only when i see them and there is files which i havent seen jet using official client but TO has test servers where we can see all textures/models and they are being downloaded in standalone cache.

If none of this above made sense to you, i totaly understand it. To shorten everything up.. How can i get cache files from games im playing on standalone?
