Hi there!!

When I tried to open a SWF file, it isn't opened in a standalone flash player window. Instead, it open a window of its properties with a program called "mediainfo"

This problem occur although I downloaded and installed the flash player.

Can someone here help me to solve this trouble?

Thanks in advance!!

atar.

The standard Flash Player does not install the standalone player; download it from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html (Projector).

Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you must make the file association manually (as instructed by Xircal above).

Right click the file, choose "Open With" and then navigate to the app you want to open the file with.
